Purpose of work is study of influencing of hormone replacement therapy at does on adjusting of cardiac rhythm by the nervous system at development of necrotizing process in myocardium; study of influencing of the deficit of sexual hormones, caused by castration, on the state of the NO system at the animals of different sex; determination of nosotropic features of motion of polytrauma in combination with the mechanical and thermal damage of skin and its correction by xenodermoplastic; finding out of efficiency of protracted oxygination in the conditions of correction of animals with sharp tetrachlormetan hepatitis; study of comparative efficiency of peritoneal dialysis and different variants of continuous oxygen therape of experimental pancreanecrosis in rats; development of model of software environment of evaluation of knowledges in medical education; research of forming of arrays of wares at the division of glass streams on the lines of overflow of medications; explanation on the basis of rheoretico-probabilistic approach of mathematical model, methods of treatment and imitation design of the synchronously registered signals for the necessities of its functional diagnostics on the base of computer; analysis of existent software which is used in pharmacodynamic researches, and development of the Web-integrated software environment which will realize the basic mathematical models of introduction of medicinal preparation.
