It is established that in the placenta is increase of hydrodynamic pressure on the blood channel with initiation process remodulating arteries by endokrinopathy . Experimentally established in animals with experimental diabetes reduced activity of succinate dehydrogenase, a significant reduction of the density of accommodation adrenergic fibers and increased glycogen content in specialized cells in all study groups. In the posterity of female rats endokrinopathy revealed hypertrophic process and accelerate the maturation of cardiac cells with no gross structural violations of myocardium and vascular elements in all age groups. Established clinical features of diabetic foot syndrome and developed criteria for a differentiated approach to the treatment of this pathology.
