The investigation showed that crushed substrate cryopreserved pig skin belong to the IV class of toxicity - low-toxic substances. Sexual and species differences were not found in case of crushed substrate cryopreserved pig skin introduction. Crushed substrate cryopreserved pig skin introduction at daily intragastric introduction to the white rats in doses 200, 500 and 1000 mg/kg during 90 days does not show general toxic, gonado- and embriotoxic actions. Daily introduction of substrate to the white rats during 90 days indicates absence of histomorphological signs its toxic action due to results of histological investigations. Long-term introduction of substrate contributes to maintaining normal microbiocenosis of thin and thick bowels dominated of useful associations of lactic acid bacteria. The crushed substrate cryopreserved pig skin has gastroprotective activity which is manifested in decreasing probability of formation of peptic ulcers at the action of substances with ulcerogenic activity, decline in blood serum indices of lipid peroxidation, prevention of decline of enzymatic activity in case of experimental peptic ulcer of stomach. Introduction of crushed substrate cryopreserved pig skin to the animals with experimental atopic dermatitis was accompanied with the improvement of the state of the skin cover and increasing of cell membranes resistance.
