The aim of the work - design and study of new efficient methods, based on combined approach to analysis and forecast of complex socio-economical systems development dynamics and optimization of hard to formalize systems and objects management. Methods of research - methods of discrete mathematics, graph theory, game theory, fuzzy mathematics, decision theory, and discrete nonlinear dynamics. Combined evolutionary-fragmentary approach for fragmentary algorithms application for optimization problems solving and mechanism of cooperative choice realization in decision theory problems were designed. Combined approach, based on combination of game theory and graph theory tools for solving of economic activity subjects interaction optimization problem were proposed. Method of pre-forecast analysis of time series - complex fractal analysis, and also methods of forecast, based on combination of methods of discrete non-linear dynamics (cellular automata, phase analysis) and classical statistic methods were designed. Based on the results of scientific-research work one published and submitted for publication 32 articles and 27 abstracts, 5 monographs. Based on the research results students have given 5 conferences' talks, published 4 abstracts, defended 4 undergraduate та 6 diploma theses. The results of investigations were introduced in educational process by teaching 3 lecture courses and 2 special courses.
