The research object is a development of theoretical base for creation new technical level mining machine complex on the basis of mechatronic approach to its construction. The research technique is a computing experiment on the basis of the developed models of adaptive optimization working procedure of mining machines as mechatronic systems. It is substantiation the necessity of mechatronic approach to mining machine construction with high engineering-and-economical performance. It is development the mathematical model of working procedure of mining machines as mechatronic systems in a form of totality models its rectangular components such as the spatially rolling mass, the blocks of its interaction, the components of power drive with appropriate controllers and energy dispatchers and intellect, information and sensor subsystems too. It is development the structure of mining machine intellect system, which supplies the performance of adaptive optimization working procedure tasks, the estimate of actuator functionality and the prediction of remaining life for components of construction. As an example of selective roadheader it is substantiation the criteria of adaptive optimal control of working procedure, it is development the mathematical models and methods of adaptive optimization parameters of the destruction mode and the actuator face processing circuit, the rock excess along roadway contour, the control signal work and forming of pattern impulse electric tension. It is establish that the adaptive optimization roadheader working procedure on the basis of the current information about state of machine power systems, the data about environment parameters and complex equipment state allows to receive the essential rise of structural resource and to supply the performance rise. The prognostic assumption about development received results is the designing new technical level mining machines as mechatronic systems.
