The techniques of simple molecular genetic methods to determine resistance to isoniazid (katG gene) and rifampicine (rpoB) in the patient's sputum is proposed. The technique of determination of epidemiologically dangerous Beijing family of M. tuberculosis is offered, it is shown that infecting by this strand is the factor of unfavorable course of the disease. Acquired immunodeficiency state in pregnant women with tuberculosis is proved to be formed as a result of cellular component of immune response. It is shown that the study of biological fluids of patients with tuberculosis by laser correlation spectroscopy allows to differentiate the pathological process from the norm and to estimate the integral indicators of homeostasis, which is important to predict the character of the disease course.
