The study of phytohormonal (auxin, cytokinins and ABA) balance changes in roots of soybean plants (Glycіne max L. (Merr.)) of Maryana cultivar inoculated with different strains and Tn5-mutants of Bradyrhіzobіum japonіcum on the early stages of symbiosis formation was performed. The work was aimed to determine correlations between strains virulence, nitrogenase activity of root nodules, symbiosis efficiency and plant hormones pool.
