Purpose of research consists in theoretical grounding and experimental testing of a complex of methods of professional-pedagogical competence research of future teachers in the aspect of system-actional approach to their training and defining psychological-pedagogical conditions of its forming, as well as in elaborating of new methods of level future teachers' training taking in view of professional-pedagogical competence approach using new means of this training. Methods of research. - Theoretical: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, scientific basis of native and foreign scholars; logical-system, comparative analysis, classification, analogy, induction, deduction, modeling. Empiric: observation, questionnaire poll, questioning, discussion, methods of expert evaluation and self-evaluation, stating and forming experiments. Praximetrical: analysis of teachers and future teachers' activity. Methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results. As a result of elaborating of the project there have been fulfilled: generalization of theoretical grounds of the content and components of professional-pedagogical competence taking into account corresponding conditions of its formation; there has been determined the complex of methods of research of professional-pedagogical competence formation, created scientific-methodological collateral of organization of educational process as to professional-pedagogical competence formation of future teachers taking into consideration the demands of credit-transfer system of training; developed new methods and means of level future teachers' training in view of professional-pedagogical competence approach. The novelty. First: there have been defined psychological-pedagogical conditions of professional-pedagogical competence formation of future teachers: creating of positive motivation on pedagogical activity in the scope of creative-professional environment of higher teacher training educational institution; professional-pedagogical direction of renewed content, forms and methods of future teachers' professional training; there has been created scientific-methodological collateral of organization of educational process, which reflects the dynamics of realization of individual each student's trajectory and developed the complex of methods of research of professional-pedagogical competence formation, which have been introduced into the system of professional training of teachers; worked out and tested the complex of different level methods, that provide professional mobility of future teachers in view of professional-pedagogical competence approach, which ensure the progress of the process of future teachers' professional becoming; systematized new means of future teachers' training with further use at structural-content, organizational and technological levels. Efficiency of introduction. The results of research-experimental work are used by specialists in the field of pedagogics and psychology of high school for carrying out further scientific researches, and also in the educational process while training future teachers and specialists of other specialties, holders of a master's degree, postgraduate students; elaborating programs and content of lecture courses and special courses, creating pedagogical technologies and methods of their mastering, while developing of software of distant education.
