Methods - clinical, microbiological, radiological, immunological, biological, biochemical. Was found that relapses of pulmonary tuberculosis with premorbid immunosuppression were accompanied by changes of T-cell level in 92.5% and in 75.9% of patients - lack of monocytic-macrophage level, from which 63.0% in the - ІІ-ІІІ degree, which is the indication for immunotherapy.
