We performed investigations aimed to elaborate the field effect transistors based on the singl wall carbon nanotube networks and to enzyme immobilization on the nanotube surface. We investigated physical, chemical and biophysical properties of the created complexes and analysed posibility of their application for production biosensors for detention of glucose and lactic acid.
