The objective of research work is improving cognition activity of students by building the "intelligent" EC according to new learning method based on computer technologies. Research methods are based on the theory of formal systems, set theory and the theory of algorithms. The results of research which is directed to theoretical basis and development of human cognition activity formalization methods, designing electronic book (EB) on results of modeling cognition activity, and also to building a new learning method based on the corresponding EB, is presented. Novelty: The proposed approach allows to exclude human-expert, which creates the knowledge base from elements of EC, from the network of educational process (EP) control. The model of human creative thinking with formal means of understanding sense wholly or partially performs functions of the expert (teacher) in EP. The effectiveness of developed models and information technology based on reducing the time of creating EB, reducing human resources and increasing progress of students as a result of using EB. The research results is planned to be implemented in educational institutions, subordinated to Department of Education and Science of Vinnitsa Regional State Administration.
