The work is devoted to developing of power effective schematic solutions which provide increase in volume of produced energy and a time of effective work by construction of structurally-optimal schemes. The complex technique of forecasting of annual energy volume in which are considered annual distribution of wind speed, the wind turbine power characteristic, functional groups of users is offered. The optimized hydrosystem of a power take-off will be useful by developing and modernization of independent wind turbines with rated power of 15-30 kw, and allow to increase power efficiency of wind turbine on 15-50 %.
