Research object: the post-crisis performance of the economy of Ukraine and financial factors of its generating. Subject of research: negative consequences of financial crisis in Ukraine and risks of the financial and credit system stabilization in the post-crisis period. Research objective: The work's objective is the determination of basic post-crisis problems and financial aspects of development of economy at 2010, estimation of prospects of economic development of Ukraine on the nearest two years and development of suggestions in relation to the possible consequences of the present risks on macro- and microlevels softening. Research methods: comparative, structural-functional analysis of the systems, economical and mathematical modelling, statistical comparisons etc. Results: Report for RDI work "Research-and-development in industry of economic sciences" (Ways of development of economy of Ukraine in the post-crisis period) after a lot №3 "Post-crisis problems and financial aspects of development of economy of Ukraine", in which post-crisis problems and risks of the finances on macro- and microlevels are identified, the basic macroindicators of development of the Ukrainian economy on a period 2010-2012 are grounded. Degree of introduction : the scientific report "The economy of Ukraine trends: results of 2010 and prognosis on 2011-2012". Sphere of the use : research results can be taken into account by the central bodies of the executive, monetery and legislative authorities when developing the public financial policy in 2011-2012 and the regulatuve acts and measures for proceeding the stable increase of economy of Ukraine preparation.
