Object of research is the process of formation, accumulation and redistribution of financial resources among sectors of Ukraine's economy. Research objective is to develop methods of analysis, evaluation and interpretation of the Flow of Funds table data. Research methods: common scientific and specific methods of learning the reality. The results of the research serve the Ministry's of Economy purpose of estimating effectiveness of current financial and economic policy of the government. They are also to be used in preparation of a draft of the State Program of the Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for the relevant year.
