Inspected and the analysed group of patients from 70 persons with pyogenic spondylitis of spine with application of modern radial and laboratory methods of researches. Found out basic factors which assist to development of festering and neurological complications, certain basic groups of the patients inclined to the festering-inflammatory diseases of spine. Comparison of specificity and test-sensitivity different radial diagnostics is conducted. On the basis of the conducted researches developed and scientifically ground criteria of differential diagnostics of pyogenic spondylitis of spine.
