The practice of forecasting tax revenues for various taxes, which are controlled by bodies of STS of Ukraine, carried out mainly by simple extrapolation of the data sets obtained on the budget and taxes are not fully take into account possible structural, market and other developments in the real economy. Therefore, the task of developing models to predict the major payments to the budget and allocation of budget allocations in the temporal and territorial point of view and assessment of factors impact on these revenues are extremely important and relevant.
