The widespreadness of gestational diabetes and it’s pathogenical mechanisms were determined due to our investigations. Besides the new classification of gestational diabetes was created. This classification gave a possibility to optimige treatment of gestational diabetes, to provide purposeful observation. It was determined the peculiarities of megnancy, delivery, foetus condition and newborn in dependфnce of clinical form of gestational diabetes we’ve made very important improvements of all links of specialiпed did to pregnant women with this pathology.
