A new technique for designing building structures was developed. This technique includes new approaches to calculating and assessing the reliability of building structures. New mathematical models of optimization are contained in this technique. In addition, new control models for equipment condition of building structures were developed. The system of support making decision is created for building firms, the base of knowledges, which contains mathematical models: choice of investment projects; analysis of crisis situations in a firm; analysis of co-operation building firms in the single production system and other.
