A measurement complex with original technical solutions for study of kinetics of luminescence in the time interval of 100 fs - 100 ps, with a time resolution of 300 fs, the spectral resolution of 10 nm, for the spectral range 350-750 nm has been designed. A mathematical model for risk assessment of emitting semiconductor nanostructures application in extreme conditions has been developed. The only one in Ukraine complex for attestation of electro-physical parameters of semiconductor nanostructures has been launched.
