The physical and physico-chemical regularities of the inactive metal and semiconductor melts infiltration, calcite and pyrophyllite melt infiltration into the nano-(matrix) and capillary-porous (dispersed) structure of the boron nitride (BN) under high pressure. The possibilities of producing of the cBN-metal and cBN-semiconductor composites have been found. Find ways to protect against the high temperature infiltration at producing of efficient cutting cBN-Si3N4 composites.
