Methodical and technological principles of the modification of carbon film structures have been developed. It has been found that wetting of low-temperature liquids on the surface of plasmachemically modified materials occurs practically to zero angles at a rate, which is much higher than that on naturally oxidized materials. As the time of holding in air the plasmachemically modified surfaces increases, a tendency for a decrease in the wetting rate and an increase of the wetting angles is observed
