Balance experiments on pigs and sheep were carried out and effect of avisime and grindasime on digestibility of nutrients on productivity of animals was studied. Methods for determining activity of ferments in fodders and raw materials for full-ration mixtures were developed and certificated in "Ukrmetrteststandard", certificate № 081/12-0531-08 is valid to 30.04.13. Laboratory experiments on defining the activity of protease on protein and carbohydrate and lignin complex of sunflower and soya meal. The results proved that splitting of protein under protease ferment takes place. Activity of the ferment upon the protein complex of sunflower meal is 10.49%, soya cake - 17,51%. Experiments on sheep show the increase of digestibility of fodder treated with "Ladosim Respect" ferment. Experiments carried out on pigs prove, that introducing into the ration 0,3 kg/t of ferment preparation increases the content of nitrogen on 1,35%. Activity of metaloprotease (in dose of 1000 g per 1 t), neutral protease (1000 g/t), alkaline protease (1000 g/t), acid protease (1000 g/t) and their effect on protein complex of legumes and cereals is studied. Laboratory tests studying the activity of individual and complex effect of protease C and neutral protease on protein complex of soya meal and feather hydrolisate were carried out. Having studied the effect of multiensime complex "Neutral protease 0,4 units/g + Protease C 40 units/g" on protein complex of soya meal we established that general nitrogen content after the influence of ferment complex makes 6,22%, protein - 4,64% and non-protein - 1,58%. Only 0,24% of ammonia nitrogen is lost. Having treated feather flour with multiensime complex "Neutral protease 1 unit/g + Protease C 30 units/g" we established that availability of nitrogen is almost 7 times higher owing to increase of non-protein fraction of nitrogen up to 4,15%. The application on patent on "Method of increasing splitting activity of protein with the help of addition ferment complex to fodder raw materials" is put in Ukrpatent under the № 4 201009631 02.08.2010.
