The object of research: the organs and tissues of white rats. The study is to establish patterns of morphofunctional changes in the internal organs and bones of the skeleton and development ways. Correction of these changes in conditions of adverse effects on the endogenous and exogenous factors. Methods: anatomical, histological, biochemical, ultramicroscopic, morphometric, atomic absorption spectroscopy, statistical data processing. Studies: new data on morphological homeostasis violation of internal organs and bones of the skeleton under the influence of simulated microelementosis and violations of water-electrolyte balance. Increased consumption of heavy metals in internal organs causing overstrain functional activity, which is within the compensatory and functional activity of organs, failure of adaptation and transition to the stage of decomposition. Found that heavy metals in the body come in synergic and antagonistic in the interaction.
