For the first time ever the methods for integration of mathematical models in GIS ecological monitoring were developed. These methods use the new approaches to carry out analogy between the formalized description of mathematical models and the description of spatial objects and databases GIS. It allows to facilitate integration and expand GIS analytical possibilities by specialized calculating packages. New methods for automated search for different-format ecological information in databases GIS and other sources of information, which is necessary for identification of mathematical models, were suggested. There were developed the new methods for designing of information systems for data processing of observation the state of an environment. Create or improve 26 information systems, implemented in almost 100 institutions of Ukraine, on base of developed models, methods and technologies.
