The purpose of the work: development to theories of the processes of flow vibroblowing separation and filtration humid dispersive materials and making the equipment with hydraulic pulse drive for realization this processes. The methods of the study and equipment: wire strain gage of pressures and displacement, analog-digital converter, computer, positions and dependencies of theories steady-state filtration, hydraulic and mechanical blow, springy-viscous-plastic-inertia models. Theoretical and practical results: amongst the known methods separation and filtration humid dispersive materials the most efficient on capacity, energy storage, material storage and complexity of the equipment, as well as on provided final moisture of the concentrate and quality of the purification of filtrate, are a methods flow vibroblowing separation and filtration humid dispersive materials, which are realized in several consequent stages, with gradual increasing of the intensities of the loading on installation with hydraulic pulse drive; the analysis of mechanism processes flow vibroblowing separation and filtration must be realized from position mechanics, hydraulic, and rheology; for determination optimum work parameter of the processes, coming from given capacity, initial and final physico-mechanical features of the processed material, as well as with provision for constructive parameter of the installation with hydraulic pulse drive, can be used mathematical models, which are of the form of differential equations of the moving the particles of different fractions of the processed product and executive element of the installation, equations of the losses of the pressure and consuption to liquid faction under its outflow from die; the designed scheme high effective installations for flow vibroblowing separation and filtration. Novelty of the work is a theory of the processes and equipment with hydraulic pulse drive for flow vibroblowing separation and filtration humid dispersive materials, schemes, dynamical, mathematical models and methods of the design calculation this equipment. Efficiency of the introduction is provided to account of the eliminating the expenses of time and facilities on loading and transportation of refuse of food and processing production, which pertain to humid dispersive materials, receiving from it valuable additives to agricultural provender or high caloric fuel and minimization of the negative influence on surrounding.
