Database of nitroaromatics toxicity on bioluminescent bacteria Vibrio Fischery and ciliates Tetrahymena Pyriformis has been formed. The adequate QSAR models have been constructed for prediction of acute toxicity on above mentioned properties using statistic random forest method. The computer program as expert system for prediction of compounds toxicity has been developed on the base of obtained models
