A research object is an economy of the world countries during a global economic crisis The article of research is a public антикризова policy of different countries of the world. The purpose of NDR is development of recommendations in relation to forming of public антикризової policy of Ukraine. The methods of analysis and classification of global and regional socio-economic crises, their systematization and generalization of антикризових measures of foreign practice of overcoming of consequences of crises are utillized in research. A scientific novelty consists in the system research of factors of origin and features of motion of modern socio-economic crises in the countries of the world and application of instruments of антикризової policy, that it is carried out in Ukraine first.
