Data are systematized and classified after the types of pollutants and sources of contamination on the constituents of fuel and energy complex. The informative bases of technological indexes of contamination of environment are created from activity of objects of coal and нефтегазовой industry and technologies, which provide diminishing of contamination of environment from their activity. Recommendations are offered from introduction of measures on defence of environment and suggestion in relation to perfection of government control of functioning of fuel industry in the aspects of decline of the technogenic loading on an environment.
