A research object is the process of social development of child of preschool age. Purpose is scientifically-methodical development of conceptual principles of construction of social space of mutual relations in preschool educational establishment and pedagogical technologies of social development of children of preschool age in the conditions of innovative preschool establishments. Task - in theory to ground and experimentally to check up the model of construction of social space of mutual relations in preschool educational establishment; to develop and inculcate effective technologies of social development of children of preschool age in the conditions of innovative preschool establishments; to develop the programs of the special preparation of students to social development of children of preschool age. In the conditions of increasing update of society and transition to the high-quality new public relations of forming of the socially-orientated, emotionally-stable, viable personality, the account of social situation of its development is one of priorities directions of socially-emotional development, by the task of social-historical value which will be realized in the process of socialization of personality. By a basic social institute accountable for social maturity of children of preschool age, there must be preschool establishment with his educational, educating and elucidative functions. Today all more obvious, how important to form at children openness to the world of people as the necessity of personality, skills of social conduct; to develop the realized attitude toward itself as free independent personality and to the duties which concerned by connections with other people, to form readiness to perception of social information, to educate sympathy, empathy, desire to cognize people, to do good acts. Transition to the personality oriented educational paradigm requires confession of multiplicity of aims in education. Next to the social order, dictated by both objective progress trends and social expectations of citizens of society, come forward the sources of determination of purpose of education child as self valuable subject of childhood and teacher as transmitter of human essence, as the special public subject which will realize an essence capacity for creation of other. On the different stages of process of education specific gravity of these sources changes: there is the "ascent" from the general social setting to personality one, and conducting a role here belongs to the child and educator as the main participants of pedagogical process. Examining preschool age as period of self valuable development personalities scientific from these positions outline integrity of process of development of child as the subject of own life. Development by the man of own nature is essence of such process, creation of the articles of culture, acquisition of circle of meaningful people, exposure itself before itself. In the study of the noted processes in relation to social development of children authors go out on principle theoretical of development of child in the preschool age are developed in labours of L.Vygotskii (ontogenesis sense of preschool period of becoming of common to all mankind psychical internals is perceptions, thoughts, imaginations and other); D.Elkonin, ?.Zaporozhec (selfvalue of preschool childhood as amplification, enriching of personality of child by forms and methods of activity), L.Venger (development of capabilities of child), L.Bozhovich, Y.Neverovich, H.Kononko (development of emotionally-motivational sphere of preschool child). The novelty of approach of authors of project to technologies of social development of children of preschool age consists in their development on the basis of the conception of construction of social space of mutual relations created in research in preschool educational establishment.
