Studied the main complications of chronic pancreatitis on the basis of pathological changes in the pancreas and relationship with basic instrumentation and laboratory parameters. Developed new methods of landmark combination of organic and functionally-preserving operations on the basis of traditional and minimally invasive surgical correction of complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis.
