A total of 136 patients in the complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis. The purpose of the work - to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis on the basis of the development of new methods of diagnosis and surgical treatment using minimally invasive technology. Methods of research - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, morphological, immunological, microbiological, and experimental statistics. Studied the main complications of chronic pancreatitis on the basis of pathological changes in the pancreas and relationship with basic instrumentation and laboratory parameters. Developed new methods of landmark combination of organic and functionally-preserving operations on the basis of traditional and minimally invasive surgical correction of complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis. Аchieved reduction of mortality - in 3,6 times, postoperative complications - in 4,2 times.
