The work is aimed to develop both technique of high-temperature superconductor microwave impedance precise measurements and processing technique of measurement data. The methods of study are measurement of the resonator microwave response by means of network analizer, method of numerical simulation of the resonator performance and analysis of the resonator amplitude-frequency characteristics using fractional rational function. Technique of high-temperature superconducting film microwave impedance measurements in millimeter waveband is based on quasi-optical dielectric resonators. For method realization a laboratory prototype with high-quality sapphire resonator in a form of hemisphere was made. The developd method allows one to measure accurately a real and imaginary parts of the surface impedance. For the purpose of computer processing of the measurement data a specilal algorithm was developed and the calculation program was composed, which increases reliability and accuracy of measurements. The development results of laboratory prototype device for converting matter permittivity variation to active oscillator frequency change are preseted. The approach is suitable to carry out study of material permittivity and reactance properties of conductors including superconductors. The developed measurement technique, i.e. methods and measurement tools of superconductor microwave impedance, was used to obtain temperature dependece of the surface resistance and field penetration depth of YBa2Cu3O7- films and Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2 single crystals.
