Practical results: the scheme of reproduction of an elite stuff of a potato in the conditions of the South on an irrigation which allows to reduce pressure of ecological degeneration upon plants is specified and to keep a stuff in a healthy condition and provides reception of productivity of tubers in vernal planting at early collecting and in summer plantings to equal 18,0-20,0 t/hectares, at collecting in biological ripeness of 350-400 ts/hectares. The modifed technology of reception of the improved initial stock of a potato in culture in vitro allows to increase multiplication ratio by 8-12 % and to reduce costs of power resources for 15-20 %.
