Within this work the conception, the circuit, the structural and the algorithmic decisions are developed for gamma-scanner of all-around looking, which is capable to perform remote localization, identification and activity estimation of gamma-radiative nuclides, and implements spatio-temporal encoding of gamma-radiation flux. A simulation model was developed, using numeric Monte-Carlo simulation of transfer of gamma-radiation and its interaction with a matter, and allows to simulate the response function of gamma-scanner in the wide range of its structural parameters and experiment geometries. The developed software implements algorithms for angular and planar localization of gamma-radiation sources and their mapping.
