The uncertainty of DS is associated with ambiguity in the information about its state vector and parameters, as well as with uncontrolled limited noise in measurements and external disturbances. The properties of the uncertainty are completely determined only by the guaranteed intervals or sets of their possible implementations. As multiple (guaranteed) estimates the convex polyhedra or multi-dimensional ellipsoids in the appropriate spaces are used. The purpose of the work in stages - development of methods and algorithms: - State estimation and parameters of the DS based on a guaranteed approach to the mathematical interpretation of uncertainty; - Estimation of attainability sets of linear and some classes of nonlinear dynamical system and control of it under uncertainty of their properties and the properties of external disturbances; - The definition of the DS dissipativity conditions under external disturbances and estimation of the invariant (limiting) set; - Precision control of nonstationary discrete linear and nonlinear class of discrete and continuous dynamical system subjected to external perturbations. Methods of research - the methods of set theory and interval analysis, linear algebra, convex analysis and optimization, mathematical programming, the method of Lyapunov functions, regularization methods, computer simulation. According to the objectives of the research stages as a whole it is developed the consistency methods and algorithms which allow to solve the problem of synthesizing the precision and advanced control systems of DS relating to high technologies on the basis of guaranteed approach to the mathematical interpretation of uncertainty.
