The researches are directed on the decision of a urgent scientific task of development of methods and normative mathematical models of acceptance of the decisions in conditions многокритериальности and interval uncertainty, поданой in statistical, indistinct and equally possible a kind. Are synthesized in a general view in a class Kolmogorov-Gabor polynomials of model multifactorial scalar evaluatiоn and the methods of their structural - parametrical identification are offered. The analysis of sources of uncertainty and for each of them the models of calculation of interval meanings and rules of a choice of the dot decisions are offered in view of possible losses. The developed theory is fixed in a basis of synthesis of systems of acceptance of the decisions (SSAD) at the decision of tasks of synthesis is territorial - are distributed of information-analytical systems and systems of service; technological systems of processing of discrete productions, management main pipeline transportaton; geometrical designing.
