Subjects of the investigations are composite subsystems for surveillance, navigation, radiomonitoring, and telecommunications of the state integrated information system (SIIS) supporting the moving objects control. Goals of the investigations are in: - increasing the efficiency of systems for spatial, temporal and spatial-temporal signal processing against the background of interferences in unified surveillance radiolocation systems of new generation; - the development of a technology for integration of the GNSS and mobile communication signals for reliable and accurate definition of vehicle movement parameters, which slightly depend on conditions of using, as well as creation of experimental software realizing this technology; - the development of directions and ways for creation of the radiofrequency monitoring subsystem and its integration into the information system supporting the moving objects control; - increasing an accuracy of the ionospheric interference component correction when measuring psevdo-distances in the single-frequency navigation equipment supporting navigation of spacecraft flights ; - the development of ways and technical solutions for digital processing in channels of integrated mobile telecommunication nets of new generation. Methods of the investigations: the theoretical developments, the mathematical simulation, the systems analysis. Results given in the report: - substantiation of the SIIS organization-functional structure and general propositions concerning its information structure; - general requirements and propositions concerning the interdepartmental integration of information systems; - general requirements and propositions concerning the architecture and technology of the integrated telecommunication system under building.
