Research methods are scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of induction and deduction, ascent vid abstract to concrete, and also specific methods of analysis: grouping, comparison, mutual study of economic processes et al. As a result of the conducted researches basic principles and approaches are formed to organization of account, analysis and control of investment activity; обґрунтовані methods are developed scientifically in relation to organization of account of charges of investments and profits, estimation of investment attractiveness of enterprises, efficiency of projects of investments.
