Malaya of Ukrainian Academy of Medical Sciences" popup.description2 With the aim of design methods of prediction and prevention of recurrent coronary events 200 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were surveyed - 137 male and 63 female. Methods of survey and equipment - electrocardiographiya, ehocardiographiya, detection level lipids in blood, glucose in blood, troponin I, CK-MB biochemical blood assay for differential diagnostic of ACS. BNP, CRP, NT pro-BNP, leptin, interleukin-6, interleukin-10 levels were detected by immunoenzyme assay. Most predictive value for recurrent heart attack in 6 months after ACS was determined score-factor reduction of IL-10 level, which is consisted by level difference of IL-10 on the 7th and the 1st days of ACS. IL-10 level reduction on the 7th day of ACS less than 2,62 pg/ml in comparison with the 1st day level of ACS may be positive prediction marker in recurrent heart attack development. Detection of sensitive and specificity NT-pro BNP in prognosis recurrent lethal result. Threshold value NT pro-BNP > 1270,3 pg/ml. Construction of math model with considering of markers sum - NT pro-BNP level, patients age, hemoglobin level, heart rate in admission enables complications (lethal result, stroke, recurrent MI, unstable angina and urgent revascularisation) in patients of ACS.
