In consideration of prototropical tautomerism of basic purine structures, were developed generalized concepts of regioselected hetarocyclization for 8-functionally substitued purine alkaloids with 1,2(1,3) - bioelectrophiles, their synthetical precursors and equivalents. The work takes up considerable groundwork in a branch of synthetic chemistry with the aim of obtaining heterocyclic purine derivatives that posses the broad biological spectrum of biological action.
