Methodology of enclave dialects' research is developed. The report with the inquiry for creation of national program of Ukrainian dialects research is sent to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Factors are defined which determine lexico-semantic processes in native inhabitants' and migrants' speech on the territories of late settling of Ukraine and of Ilovlynsky and Kikvidzynsky districts of Volgograd region. These factors are defined according to dialectal phenomena, caused by the influence of foreign language surrounding. Historical prerequisites for migration processes are defined. Dialectological expeditions with the purpose of initial dialectological research of Ukrainian dialects on the territory of Volgograd region are organized and carried out. A range of texts of Ukrainian speaking on the territories of Kikvidzynsky district of Volgograd region, Russian Federation, and Krasnolymansky district of Donetsk region of Ukraine is collected. Vocabularies of territorial enclave dialects and the map of Ukrainian dialects of Volgograd region are created.
