We studied the prospects of technology of remote access, content integration of WEB-sites of regional centers of state STI system and enabling the use of information resources of the state of the STI system in Ukraine on science, technology and innovation by creating an Internet portal of information resources of the STI system in Ukraine. According to a study prepared working papers on the mechanism of remote site management, project requirements for the construction of the client web portal, software management internet portal. The implementation of software and technological support for the Portal of the STI system in accordance with accepted design decisions made on the basis of the database of the STI system.
