(B-04, P-04, Ч-03, А-Дон-02). It is established, that optimal source of carbon for Irpex lacteus Fr. and Inonotus radiatus (Sowerly) P. to produce exoglucanases is sawdust of Armeniaca sp., for I. radiatus to synthesis of cellulases is sawdust of Pinus sp. High intensity of milk-coagulating enzymes accumulation in cultural liquid of K-1 I. lacteus strain, started from 10 day of cultivation is established. It is indicate on the time of isolation and receiving of milk-coagulating enzymes. Using of ultrafiltration plant allows to simplify procedure of receiving of the milk-coagulating enzymes from the cultural liquid of K-1 I. lacteus strain. Isolation of milk-coagulating enzymatic drug from the cultural liquids of А-Дон-02 and C-06 I. lacteus strains was conducted. Single-spore cultures from five natural isolates of Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.: Fr.) Kumm., collected in Donetsk, was received. Cultures was verified on single-sporic using microscope. In researched single-spore P. ostreatus cultures was founded test-strains with different factors of sex compatibility using the method of single-single crossing. Differentiation of biological species of the fungi P. ostreatus was conducted using the method of single-single crossing. Sex compatibility between haploidic single-spore cultures indicates that all researched P. ostreatus strains belong to one intercompatiable group. Calculation of the frequency of occurrence of A- and B- equilocal genes in Donetsk sample of P. ostreatus was conducted. Investigation of amino acids composition of selection strains of P. ostreatus, received by the crossing of interstrains single-spore cultures, was conducted. 16 amino acids, include 9 essential, was founded in P. ostreatus hybrids. Control strain (HK-35 mycelium) is inferior to new hybrids in content of free amino acids but lead in percentage content of essential amino acids. Vegetative mycelium of 22-41 and 30-41 hybrids of P. ostreatus was studied on the content of amine nitrogen with the help of ningidrinic method. Both new hybrids of this fungi contain less of amine nitrogen in mycelium compared with control HK-35 strain at 1,6-3,2 times.
