Purpose of the research is to create methodological providing of the content and techniques of education as well as a psychological support of children with visual impairment on the different stage of remediation (preschool, primary and secondary education) based on using of potential of children's compensatory-cognitive and visual abilities. Methods of the research are theoretical (analysis of foreign and native psychological, pedagogical and pedagogical literatures), empirical (pedagogical observation, investigation and analysis of pedagogical experience), quantitative and qualitative analysis of results. The results of the research: providing of the scientific, didactic and methodological realization of content on different stage of remediation is proved theoretically. Conception of content and methodological providing of education of children with visual impairment of different age groups, educational programs for the secondary school children with visual impairment from visual art, labor education, guideline on using of secondary school programs in special secondary school for the children with visual impairment; the textbooks "World around you" for the pupils with visual impairment of the 1-2 grades, the methodological manuals "Children with visual impairment" in "Guide book for the parents of disability children", "Peculiarities of development of the preschool children with visual impairment".
