Object of investigation: 357 rats, 49 patients. Aim of investigation; to research the factors and neurobiological mechanisms of transformation the sociophobia in aggressive behavior. Method of investigation; neuro - and - electrophysiological, ethological , immunologic, biochemical, mathematical. Results of investigation: on the polyfactoral models the sociophobias had showed the role of biological and social factors of their transformation in social aggression. It was achieved the structure meaning of emotional brain - hypothalamus, amygola complex, hippocamp, septume in the mechanisms of their formation with indispensable participation of aminergic and cholinergic systems and sexual harmons and hydrocortisone. This transformation in adolescents with addiction takes under genetic control. Their were eleborated on the principles of restoration the methabolic, galvanic, and bioenergoinformational homeostasis of nonmedicamental methods of cupping the emotional disorders.
