Object of investigation - the patients with neurological disorders and mitral valve prolapse ( MVP ) Aim of invetigation - to determine the clinico - pathogenetic mechanisms of formation the cerebro - vascular pathology in patients with mitral valve prolapse for eleborating the criteria of diagnosis, treatment - and - prophylaxis measures. Methods of investigation - clinical,psychodiagnostics, neurovisual, ultrasonic duplecs scanning, daily monitoring of arterial pressure, statistic method. Results of investigation - it was studied the clinico - pathological peculiarities of forming the cerebro - vascular pathology in patients with mitral valve prolapse. It was eleborated the method of trearment the patients with MVP. The main risk factors and the groups of higher risk of development the cerebro - vascular disorders were distinguished in these patients.
