Method of investigation: clinical, neuropsychological ,computed - tomography, magneto - resonance tomography, ultrasonic duplic scanning, daily monitoring of arterial pressure. Results of investigation: determined the correlation contacts between clinical, structural, hemodynamics indices and showed that AH closely connected with cerebrovascular pathology and the development of vascular dementia .Eleborated the method of second prophylaxis with the use of hypotensive , antithrombocytic, antilipid therapy and correction of cognitive, emotional disorders in patients with AH on AH phone.
