Object of investigation : 143 patients with asymptomic in depending on arterial hypertension (AH) Aim of investigation ; to study the frequency of meeting, risk factors of asymptomic infarcts in patients with arterial hypertesion, peculiarities of structure - functional brain changing for eleborating the diagnosis criteria and the treatment - and - prophylactic measures. Method of investigation: clinical, neuropsychological ,computed - tomography, magneto - resonance tomography, ultrasonic duplic scanning, daily monitoring of arterial pressure. Results of investigation: determined the correlation contacts between clinical, structural, hemodynamics indices and showed that AH closely connected with cerebrovascular pathology and the development of vascular dementia .Eleborated the method of second prophylaxis with the use of hypotensive , antithrombocytic, antilipid therapy and correction of cognitive, emotional disorders in patients with AH on AH phone.
