The investigation are related to the group of mycological. The aim of the work: to work out the elements of technology of sowing mycelium of edible mushrooms growing on all the stages of its development, aimed at the intensity raising of its development and productivity According to the results of investigations the agarized medium was optimized for growing of mycelium on the inoculum stage, by means of changing of polycomponent synthetic medium on the one-component one-by the broth of fruit substances of common gliva, which hastens the processes of mycelium biosynthesis by 30% , simplifies the technology of its preparation and lessens the expenditures of labour by 20-25%. For growing of mycelium on the stage of active (after inoculum resowing on the hard-phase substrates), the substrate structure was worked out on the basis of the agricultural waste material-sunflower shells instead of wheat grains, that ensures: shortening of the period of growing by 8 days, excluding of technical operations, lessening of manual work ex penditures by 15-20% , lowering of substrate cost by 30% and, as a results, raising of the level of profitableness by 40%.
