Main tasks of the State Service of Universal Time and Standard Frequencies were carried out. The units of time and frequency were reproduced with a group material measure of the state primary time and frequency standard with a root-mean-square deviation which amounts to 2,0·10^-14 in 2010. The maintenance of the national coordinated time scale as well as the metrological control and monitoring of the transmission of standard time and frequency signals with different technical means are assured. The specialists participated in the formation of the International Atomic Time Scale and in the improvement of the equipment of the state measurement standard through introducing state-of-the-art measuring instruments.
